WHMIS: Workplace Hazardous Material Information System for Forest Workers

PLEASE NOTE ....The WHMIS for Forest Workers has been updated to GHS, 2015 standards.
The S100a course is designed for those people who already possess a valid British Columbia S-100 Fire Fighting certificate.

The course is in compliance with the Workers Compensation Act, Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, Part 26, Section 3.1, which requires anyone that may be employed on a wildland fire to have an annual refresher of the safety features of the S-100 course. The S100A refresher course does not cover any fire fighting procedures or tactics. This course is accepted by both the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations and WorkSafe B.C.

If you have a valid S-100 ticket and wish to take this course, or the WHMIS for Forest Workers, please follow these instructions:

As soon as the payment is received, we will send you an email letter of confirmation. You can use this letter as proof of course completion. Your S100a re-certification wallet card and /or your WHMIS card will be sent to you within 2-3 working days.
